In the month leading up to your wedding, we’ll step in to bring all of those moving pieces together. Through planning meetings and unlimited email, text, and phone communication, we’ll get to know your plans, connect the details, and make sure nothing is overlooked before the celebration begins.
We’ll be there for your rehearsal and wedding day to manage vendor arrivals and deliveries, décor setup, ceremony timing, transitions, and the overall flow of your event from start to finish. Our goal is to always be a few steps ahead—anticipating what you, your guests, and your vendor team need before you ever have to ask.

Partial Planning & Design Support

You’ve started planning, you know what you love, and some of the big decisions may already be made but there’s still a lot to bring together. That’s where we come in.
We’re not here to take over or change your vision. We’re here to become your planning partner, helping you organize the details, navigate decisions, fill in the gaps, and turn everything you’ve envisioned into a celebration that feels completely like you. After all, Rome wasn’t built in a day, and your wedding won’t be either!
Throughout the planning process, we’ll work alongside you with ongoing support and guidance, then seamlessly transition into full event management as your wedding approaches.
Partial Planning can include full event and vendor management, planning and detail meetings, vendor recommendations and communication, contract review, guest list management, floor plan implementation, timeline creation, wedding rehearsal coordination, décor planning, event-day setup, and complete wedding-day coordination.
Looking for a little more? Every wedding is different, which is why we can customize your planning experience around what you actually need. Additional services can include rehearsal dinner planning, welcome bag creation and assembly, signage, design details, wedding weekend logistics, and more.
