Originally from Massachusetts, Erika's career has been built on equal parts creativity, leadership, and a love for bringing people together. She quickly rose through the ranks of restaurant and hospitality management in Boulder, Colorado, where she served as Beverage Director while overseeing events in a private event venue. Her passion for creating memorable experiences led her to Denver's event industry before managing weddings and events at two New England venues.

During the winter, she manages special events, partnerships, and guest experiences at Sunday River as the only female Terrain Park Manager in North America. An uncommon role that includes operating snowcats and helping shape the mountain experience from the ground up.

Her favorite moment is watching months of thoughtful planning come together as family and friends gather to celebrate one unforgettable day.

When she's not planning weddings or working on the mountain, you'll find her snowboarding, exploring New England with her husband and two Labrador retrievers, or chasing her next adventure.
